Today I'd like to share the platform I used to make an online course. There are many platforms available for online course creation, and after reading reviews I chose Coursecraft.

I am not technically savvy so I was very apprehensive and waited six months before beginning to create my first online course, Art and Nature.

I found Coursecraft to be very easy to use and the end result is user-friendly for clients who enrolled in the course.

The online assistance was quick and friendly for any queries that I had.

If you are interested in using the Coursecraft platform here is an affiliate link:

An exploration of the Chakras with the use of creative modalities...

Awareness of our energetic body and the centres of energy according to the ancient Vedic texts known as 'Chakras' is reputed to assist in being balanced and harmonious in our relations with others and our lives in general. The intention of this course is to illuminate the ancient knowledge about each energy centre in a gentle, creative and holistic way.

This is an 8 week course with daily activity suggestions related to the body, mind and spirit with the use of art, sound, movement and nature. First session is free.

(TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE. Join website for email notifications for course notifications.)

An 8 session course Art and Nature went online today. Each session has a duration of 10 minutes, but feel free to take as much time as needed and not feel pressured to stick to a time limit.

Remember self-care and the need for support from friends and family or local helplines (Lifeline in Australia phone 13 11 14) if feelings or thoughts become overwhelming during any activities.
